Dinner Menu for 2026

Starter (Duck): CONFIT DUCK LEG TERRINE carrot puree, pickled Blackberry, coriander, hazelnut crumb - can be GF

OR - Starter (Vegetarian): LEEK & POTATO SOUP crispy leeks & chive oil - VE can be GF / VEGAN

Main Course (Beef): BEEF WELLINGTON potato terrine, fine beans, slow roasted carrot, oyster mushroom & red wine jus - can be GF, for guests that cannot have alcohol please indicate in dietaries, an alternative sauce will be provided

OR - Main Course (Vegetarian):  MEDITERRANEAN VEGETABLE GNOCCHI baba ganoush and Basil oil- can be GF / Vegan

Dessert:  LEMON MERINGUE TART raspberries & raspberry sorbet - for GF/Vegan guests please indicate in dietaries, an alternative dessert will be provided
