Filling in the Form – before the deadline of 11am on Weds 1 May

You can select which award categories you would like to enter (subject to eligibility) and the online form will display the relevant sections for you to fill in. When you’ve completed each section, click the MOVE ON TO NEXT PAGE button at the bottom right of the screen. This will validate your answers and show the next section.

SAVING & RETURNING TO THE FORM: If you do not intend to complete the form in one go, click the SAVE PROGRESS & EXIT button at bottom of the screen before leaving the site. This will save all your answers. You can SAVE at any time to make sure your answers are stored. To re-access the form after saving, refresh this page and click the Page Heading of the page you were on (shown at the top of the form).
