We can’t wait to celebrate with you at Hyndburn Business Awards 2022 on 16 June at the Dunkenhalgh Hotel! The evening is black tie, so do dress to impress! 🥂

Our main ceremony / arrival access to the Pendle Suite is through the conservatory, it’s to the right of the main reception, round the right hand side of the hotel. Arrival is from 6pm-6.30pm and there will be a Sparkling Reception, so do pick up a glass of fizz. If you do enter through the main reception you’ll be directed to the room by the staff.

Guests will be seated by 6.40pm for dinner service at 6.45pm. The awards presentation will commence around 8.40pm until around 10.30pm. The bar will stay open until 11pm.

Our seating plan is to the right and we’ve supplied two seating lists below. One in alphabetical order so you can find your tables, and those of your business friends easily and One in table order so you can easily see who you’re sitting with.

The Hotel has strict parking restrictions so all guests need to submit their Car Registrations to reception. To make this easier, we are collecting Car Registrations to pass on to the hotel. Click here to log yours with us.
